This New Orleans, Mediterranean-style home will be completed in early 2023.It sits at the end of a cul-de-sac. SPSD was tasked with creating an inviting upper courtyard that looked viewed back down the street. The courtyard space incorporates a tiered fountain, irregular flagstone walks, and organic landscape beds defined by cut stone boulders. The palette will be bright and vibrant to be consistent with a palette you might find in the French Quarter of New Orleans.
