PRESBYTERIAN VILLAGE NORTH

Project Description

Presbyterian Village North is a Forefront Living Community in the heart of Dallas, Texas. With a focus on health and wellness, SPSD was tasked with creating a walking and jogging loop around the 66-acre campus. The walk would also connect users to places like additional pavilions, exercise equipment, and amenity spaces. Program elements such as a sport court, shuffleboard courts, a bocce ball court, horseshoe courts, covered lounge spaces, additional parking, additional lighting, event lawns, a fire pit, and a food truck park were also designed. SPSD collaborated with the Forefront Living team as well as several foundation board members to design a place that would encourage health and wellness as well as community interaction for years to come.
