This modern Tudor-style home is tucked into a small, high-end community off some backroads in Southlake, Texas. The property boasts several large live oak and post oaks. The landscape palette is a blend of native Texas and traditional Texas shade garden. Not only did we revamp 90% of the existing landscape throughout the property, but our stone masonry group installed Leuder’s limestone on the entire 2nd level of the home. We’ve also had our hand in reworking several of the outdoor travertine deck and walkway areas. 

The property is also maintained by SPSD. Along with weekly property management, we perform 3 seasonal color change-outs per year, install 2-3 pumpkin displays in October, and we’ve even designed and installed Christmas lights for December.
