Located on the Katy trail, The Alexan is a beautiful multifamily complex neat Downtown Dallas. SPSD constructed the pools, water features, and cascading waterfalls. The pool, located on the third floor, has a cascading waterfall that falls to the open floor below. There is also a second pool that we constructed that is located on the 27th floor. Our scope also included outdoor kitchens and amenities such as fireplaces, hammock bays, arbors, and decking.
