The Victor is located in the heart of Victory Park in Dallas sitting across the street from the American Airlines Center. While working closely with TBG Partners and Archer Western, SPSD sourced and installed hardscape pavers on the 1st, 9th, and 37th floors of the building. Paving was brought in from France, China, and Italy to complete the beautiful paving patterns. SPSD built the pool from TBG’s conceptual landscape drawing. The pool has a 360-degree infinity edge and sits on the 9th floor with the equipment room and surge tank below on the 8th floor.
