The Villages of Stonebriar Park is a premier, gated community located in Frisco, Texas. The community showcases old-world European-style homes. SPSD was tasked with the redesign of all common areas including their primary entry, secondary entry, 6 neighborhood entries, and several park spaces within the community. The landscape style was a mix of traditional and showy at the entries and more of a native palette within the park spaces. Many of the park spaces are geared toward walkers and joggers. The plants within the parks were meant to be native and showy perennials to attract butterflies, birds, and bees as well as utilize less water to keep watering costs down.
