The Warwick Dallas, built in the mid-1920s, was named a historic landmark in 1983. This elegant hotel perches on Oak Lawn in the upscale neighborhood of Turtle Creek and Highland Park. The hotel was designed by famous architect, C.D. Hill, whose works include the Dallas Municipal Building, Dallas Country Club and the Fair Park Coliseum amongst others. In 2007, Warwick Hotels and Resorts purchased the hotel, formerly known as the Melrose. SPSD maintains the grounds of the hotel that include the front entry, valet drop-off area, and the private pool area. By integrating a smart irrigation controller and updating the irrigation with water conservation in mind we helped Warwick accomplish their goal of saving on water usage. SPSD perform seasonal color change-outs, tree trimming and pruning as well onsite.
